The Team New Era Diamond Girls are the Elite Fast Pitch Travel Softball Organization in Western New York.  The organization develops well-rounded, team-oriented players who excel at the highest levels of competition. The goal of the Team New Era Diamond Girls organization is to maximize the development of the player's skills (both individual and team) by providing world-class, year round indoor and outdoor dedicated practice and game facilities as well as instruction.
